Publish decisions

After a decision is approved, whether it’s a commitment or a refusal, the decision and related information remain hidden from applicants and external users until it is published.

Browse decisions under publishing

All decisions ready to be published can be found under "Applications / Decisions under publishing". Here, you can preview the decision letters before sending them out. Please note that only caseworkers with the necessary permissions are authorized to publish decisions.

In this list, you can filter applications by their pools and pool rounds. Like any standard list, you can also filter, search, and sort by various criteria.

Preview decision letters

You can select an application from the application list and click "Preview" to download the decision letter. The decision letter is configured within the pool and can vary by pool. Below is an example:

Publish decisions

In the application list, you can select multiple decisions to publish simultaneously. After clicking "Publish selected", a dialog will appear to confirm your decision.

Once published, the final decisions will be sent to applicants. Typically, a formal letter is delivered to the applicant's mailbox along with a system message and an email notification. A copy of the decision letter will always be available in the application dialog.
