Commitment condition
Many funding organizations require applicants to agree to the conditions when acknowledging the commitment before it becomes effective. This requirement can be established as a general policy within the pool or applied on a case-by-case basis.
Commitment acknowledgment tasks
It is possible within the pool to set up a reporting task for applicants to acknowledge the commitments. Typically, when the commitments are published, the system will generate a predefined task for the applicant.

Task templates are fully customizable by the administrator.

This is how it appears in the application portal when the applicant submits the task.

Case-by-case commitment conditions
When making a decision on a specific application, caseworkers can choose to grant the commitment if a special condition can be met.

Typically, the commitment condition will be included in the decision letter sent to applicants. Along with this, a task will be assigned to the applicant so they can acknowledge and accept the conditions before it becomes effective.

In practice, conditional commitments may require additional reports, which can be fully managed within the pool setup. The demo below shows that pool administrators can configure the system to automatically create specific tasks when conditional commitments are published.
